There are no miracle additives. Some stuff you can put in the tank may help over a period of time - e.g. Miller's - but there's no solid evidence. (Though Miller's does boost cetane/octane.)
Or maybe using branded fuel may help.
I'm especially cynical about a fuel treatment product that calls itself a catalyst. Almost certainly it's based on pseudo-science.
IIRC there was a company selling small cone shaped metallic blocks that you drop in the tank and were called catalysts supposedly to do the same job, but as I recall they were ordered to pay their customers back due to false advertising, ie, they had no proof they worked but were left with metal lumps floating about on the bottom of the tank
