SH - take a look at Cox Motor Parts website, they have a selection of genuine Honda new (ex display / demo) CRV wheel & tyre packages at very reasonable prices - look in the clearance section. I bought some 17" wheels as a a set for winter recently from them.

RJ - agree with HJ on GAP insurance, can save you when the time comes, and return to invoice is all i went for.
Got good deal via MotorEasy over the summer for my new Mazda CX-5 - just compared costs over 4 or 5 sites. Better than the very high cost Arnold Clack wanted, i could have bought it TWICE from Motoreasy, for what the dealer wanted.

re. Braking Point.
I wonder if HJ is aware of Toyota's reduced price "Essential Care" servicing scheme for cars over 5 years old?
Obviously designed to keep older cars within the dealer network rather than going to independents but it does mean that the car is looked after by someone with specialist knowledge & access/ability for all technical service bulletins etc.
