Jaguar X-Type diesel - jaguar x type 20ltr diesel not starting - eddie f

Hi I have a jaguar x type diesel that wont start it turns over ok but just wont fire its I've only had it two weeks and was driving fine its apparently had new injectors new fuel filter when I bought the car any ideas please I'm pulling my hair out.

I can only give a long list of possible causes. You need professional help.

Failed crankshaft sensor

Failed camshaft sensor

Failed fuel pump.

Wiring fault.

Check the wiring loom across the top of the engine - it goes very close to moving parts.

An ex colleague spent a lot on injectors etc. In the end it cost £100 at an autoelectrician to fix a frayed wire and reroute the loom.
