Honda Accord 2001 - Will 195/65R15 tire from OEM 15x6 +55 wheel fit 15 - Syed Tanjid Hossain

Hey Guys,

So I own a Honda Accord 2001 4 door, 2.3 liter engine. My original tire size is*195/65R15 and original rim size is 6Jx15 ET55. The offset is 55 and Center bore is 64.1 with a bolt pattern of 4x114.3.

I found a rim for my winter tires.*Brand: Cragar*Manufacturer's Part Number:83-5641. The size is:*

Wheel Diameter: 15 in.
Wheel Width (in): 6.000 in.
Wheel Bolt Pattern (app): 4 x 100mm*
4 x 114.3mm*
4 x 4 1/2 in.
Backspacing (in): 5.125 in.
Offset: +41.00mm
Center Bore Diameter (mm): 72.00mm

Will this fit my tire?

I don't understand what you have written regarding the Cragars?. The stud pattern can't be 4x100 AND 4x114.3, it can only be one or the other. But as the centre bore of the Cragar is too big, you would only be able to safely fit it with an appropriate spacer (not sure if that is the correct term here?) to take up the 7.9mm difference. In my understanding (which could well be wrong) the protrusion on the hub assembly over which the centre bore fits snugly is what is supporting most of the weight, the wheel nuts or bolts simply secure the wheel against the hub. So, again, as far as i am aware, it is essential that the centre bore fits properly. There is also quite a big difference in the offset.

Because of how important wheel fitment and the contact patches between your car and the road is, i'd advise against getting these wheels. Better to get something that fits properly.
