Peugeot 307SW 1.6 HDI 110hp (2004) - "P" Code - strickjumpers

Hello, can anyone help with the required adjustment to my car with the following message, engine management light illuminates with "antipollution warning" and when checked with OBD2 and Torque light APP shows the following:- P0238 TURBO / SUPERCHARGER BOOST SENSOR "A" CIRCUIT HIGH.

Not sure if its the actuator rod end needs to be adjusted and in which direction or the full open stop, or some other adjustment I am not aware of.

Many thanks for reading this request. Mike.

P0238 is as you state circuit "A" high

So test the input V to the turbo pressure sensor,

Should be 5V ref from the ecu.

Before you adjust, change or replace anything, get a proper diagnostic done with someone who has the Lexia and Planet / Diagbox equipment. The live data and parts testing this equipment can do will tell you loads more than Torque.

I'd also stick the P code into Peugeotforums search box to see how others fixed it. For example:

"Normally means a stick/faulty turbo solenoid or a vacuum leak in the relevant pipework."

Someone else reported that a diagnostic showed a faulty air temperature sensor was causing the issue.
