No water ingress but had a mate round this morning with diagnostic...he managed to get the window back up using his tablet...but whenever we opened the drivers door window automatically came back down (or indeed when we put key in ignition having entered through passenger door)...there is a parking light out so replacing this morning (in case drawing wrong voltage); other than that best guess is the drivers door lock playing up...unless there are other ideas...
