KIA Sorento 2012 - 'Check Water Separator' - markNEScotland

The warning light 'Check water separator' is flickering, presumingly indicating water in fuel filter.

Not really a DIY job for me, the car is booked for dealer service in early April, should I wait for then or act now. Presume it could also be a sensor fault.
