Kia Sorento 2012 diesel, message flickering 'check water separator', which is the fuel filter I believe. Not a DIY job (for me), and car next service is April (still under warranty).

Do I wait for warning light to stay on, leave it until service, assume its a sensor fault (flickering presently) or get filter drained by dealer straightaway?
