Honda Jazz 1.4 2009 - Rainwater leak - telsaint

Although my Honda Jazz has proved to be very versatile the quality hasn't been as expected. Gearbox bearing replaced, paint peeling from bumper, headlight covers clouding, various creaks and noises, and now rainwater leaking through driver side roof channel in to rear light housing and boot floor. Would welcome any suggestions for dealing with this latest problem please.

This is a common problem on Jazz models of this age.It is due to inadequate body sealant between the rear 1/4 wing and roof, where the tailgate hinges attach.More info here;www.beardmorebros.co.uk/website%20pages/jazz_leak....l

We have exactly the same problem. I had checked the roof gutter rubber but I was not aware of the sealant problem - easy fix.
