Focus Mk1 power steering - diz79

Hi

I recently had a new power steering pump and pipe fited everything seems ok but im getting a weering noise is this normal when a new one is fitted? I know before when it wasnt working properly I had a weering noise but was worse?

Also my exhaust rattles a bit my mechanic assures me its just stuff loose inside but does anyone know how to stop this or make it quieter?

If its just in the silences its either put up with it or fit a new one.

Its its the cat breaking down a new cat is needed. Likely to be an MOT failure as it will not be working properly.
