I changed my 2 top engine mounts and helped a bit I've ordered a rear gear box mount gonna archangel that as well get a bit of shakeing / vibrating at about 40 plus mph I've changed my front pads and disks as well to rule warped disks out as well also get some shaking on the gear stick in 3rd gear only any help on this situation ? Thanks

Have you tried swapping the front and back wheels? Probably 95% of vibration problems are due to unbalanced or defective tyres.

As you were told, try changing tires form back to front. If this doesent fix your problem, check CV joints and axles.
