I think you may have that wrong, it should either be 'V' 414322 (which you need one of the paid services for) or 'M' 414322, in which case the code would be 6103.

However, please check and confirm before trying that code, you only get a certain number of attempts before the radio locks up.

As I said, please check and confirm. You need the serial number off the RADIO. Not off a key set. The radio.

You probably need to slide the radio out to get the serial number. Guides for how to do so are on youtube.
