Hi

The front lighting display of the unit has not been working for some time. The radio works and I can control it through the steering buttons.

The CD is not working since a CD got jammed a few months ago. On top of that, I had some work done on the car which meant disconnecting the battery.

So now I can't input a code (even if I had one!) as I don't have a display.

1. Is there a replacement bulb or light for the panel display to get it working again? Is this available and is it straightforward to replace?

2. If a CD is jammed, is it easy to sort this out?

I don't want to replace the stereo if this can be resolved.

These radios are not an economic repair.So really your best option is a s/hand unit.
