Michelin Fuel Gift Card Offer - Chris M

Looking to get some new tyres for the C1 in the near future. OEM is Michelin and I'm inclined to stick with them.

Michelin currently have a fuel gift card offer on and I'm just wondering what this card is. The value depends on the size and number of tyres purchased; £25 for the four tiny tyres on the C1 which brings the price down to £40 a corner.

Anyone had one of these cards? Can they be used anywhere or are you limited to certain oil companies/outlets. The T&Cs don't help.

I had a fuel card under the Michelin sales promotion scheme last year after buying two Michelin tyres for my Mondeo.

There weren't any problems in using the card; I used mine in Sainsbury's after explaining to the girl in the kiosk that I wanted to pay for my fuel using my fuel card and paying the balance in cash.

I don't have the card anymore, I disposed of it after I used up what was on it but, off the top of my head, I think it's just a pre-loaded credit card which you can use anywhere (for fuel)

No problems at all! Go for it!

I had a gift card from buying car insurance a few years back. That was a pre-loaded Barclaycard. Assumed the Michelin one would be the same sort of thing.
