1600 diesel eco, intercooler, turbo

Car stalling when cold. Runs fine later in the day.

Also has lost power, and taken a few minutes to regain power.

Have put on computer, no faults found.

Have found oil in pipe work of intake air shutoff throttle, is this normal?

When was the last time the diesel fuel filter was replaced?

Looking over previous services records, from Bristol Street Motors, I can see no record of it being changed. Car milage 90,000. Will change filter and let you know the outcome, many thanks.
