Whilst I personally agree with the Doctor, if Doubletigress is anything like my wife, only a MINI will do (she's on her sixth).
If you're going to spend all that money on the extras you list, some of it would surely be better spent (unless she's a very sedate driver) on a Mini Cooper?
Only you and your wife know what extras are important to you: I would avoid the ones which are purely cosmetic. I may remember it wrong, but I think the Chilli pack has more useful things in it than the Pepper pack. Have a look at the online brochure.
The ones I would go for are: air conditioning, heated windscreen, floor mats, seat height adjustment, spacesaver spare wheel (that one is essential), the TLC deal, and park distance control, GardX is too expensive and a £200 Tomtom or Garmin will be cheaper than the MINI navgation pack.
