Ford Focus 1.8 TDCi 2006 Estate - EGR blanking plate and wing mirror fuse - Englishbullterrier

Hi Guys,

Bought an 06 plate Focus 1.8 TDCi today, which I wont get for a few days.

Haven't yet bought a manual but I want to order up an EGR blanking plate.

Can someone tell me if the EGR is easily accessable before I go order it ?

and

Neither wing mirrors work (electrically adjustable). It's gotta be the switch, or, hopefully, just a fuse. Can someone let me know which fuse feeds it and where it's located ?

The egr valve system is incorporated into the inlet manifold on these and sits on top of the engine.As for the mirrors,I can't see any specific fuse in the owners manual.The main/central fuse box sits in the passenger side footwell, below the glovebox.The mirror switch is part of the electric window switch pack,in the drivers door.

Thanks for that.

The electric mirrors have to be fuse fed though, maybe sharing one with another option.
