Renault Captur 90 tce dynamique s - Known faults - toshtwo

Considering buying Captur for my wife, does any know of any problems with this model, I know Renault have a poor reliability record but most of the running gear is now shared with the Nissan Duke and it looks a great car,

I think the intention of combining Renault and Nissan was to improve the reliability up to the standard of Nissan. Sadly though I think it's has the opposite effect.

Having actually owned a Xtrail fitted with a Renault engine over 4.5 years the car was 100% reliable, although the 171 bhp engine did lack IMO low end torque.
