Just wondered if any one can help. A man pulled out into me 3 months ago catching my wing, I swerved and ran into a car on the opposite side of the road. Finally after insurance arguments about liability the car is at the garage. No obvious damage to the bumper ( plastic) but the mental bar behind is very dented. The garage suggested this may not have caused in this accident. It was I am the only person who has driven the car since new. They also suggested the insurance won't fix it. Know I'm worrying about something that hasn't happened yet but just wondered where I stand with the potential argument? Thanks
The car will be examined by the insurance company assessor and he will authorise the repair, so you will need to wait and see, and if neccessary take it up with your insurance company
