02 Ford Fiesta Zetec SE - Over heating - mantadaz

Hi John,

I have a problem with my fiesta it's over heating and pressurising I've changed the thermostat flushed all the pipes, heater matrix, radiator but to no avail. All hoses are very hot apart from botton hose which is cold not sure if head gasket has gone as showing none of the signs !!!!! Please could you help me as it's doing my head in Thanx.

Sounds like: silted up radiator.

What is the state of the antifreeze? And the Service History.?. It should have had two or three changes of antifreeze by now

Is this an early model or later model Fiesta? 2002 is the break year for model change.

Could be a problem with the heater control valve.has this been replaced recently?
