Honda CR-V - Honda CR-V II - 2005 / 2.2 Transmission Vibration - DSGMAN

During acceleration in 1st 2nd & 3rd gear (manual G/box) up to about 40mph the car shakes through the floor. At higher speeds there is no shake. There is no vibration through the steering wheel, gear lever or pedals. I have replaced all tyres, both front driveshafts are new, no buckled wheels. My local garage says there is no play in any part of the propshaft. Rear driveshafts are in good condition, Rear differential has had regular oil changes. The car has done 149,000 miles. I have not taken the car to Honda - yet. Can anyone suggest where the vibration/shake could be coming from? Thank you.

You've covered virtually everything, the only other transmission part would be the shorter inner shaft with the outer bearing that the shorter drive shafts slides into....maybe check those new shafts are pushed and locked fully home.

Not suggesting you do this yourself, solidly blocking the vehicle up and driving it at the vibration speed would be my next move.

One other thing, has the transmission oil been changed.
