Had to change battery. New fitted car started and moved 20 yards. Left overnight but next day engine turns over but does not fire up. The word SAFE appear on digital display but I can't find anything about that in hand book.
Have read about immobiliser procedure but that doesn't help with starting.
Any suggestions please.

If you moved it 20yds then turned off engine,then I would think the engine is flooded.Try holding gas pedal to the floor while cranking the engine,hopefully this will put engine control into clear flood mode,and it should start.if it doesn't,then you may need to remove spark plugs for cleaning.Safe mode on the radio means that the 4 pin code needs entering to make the radio work again.hth
