The press release says "5 Traffic courts have now been set up in 29 areas: As these areas stretch from Cornwall to Northumbia and all points in between is that 5 courts in all or 145?
Per local paper this week, Huddersfield is one trial area and results are regarded as good in terms of case throughput and waiting time for court date. Presumably some cost savings too.
