Ford Fiesta 2008 - Radio code required - albeck
Hi

I disconnected the battery while working on my car but now the radio won't work as I don't have the radio code. I removed the radio from the dashboard but there's no code on the chassis. Do I need to have the radio reprogrammed?

On the back of the radio are the following:

Serial number: V401680
FDB200
22.01.2008
Model: SINGLE CD KW2000
Part: 6561-18C815-AJ

There's also a barcode with: VM0839911 03/08

Sorry, can't do "V" codes, so you won't get a "V" code for free, I'm afraid.

Ford main dealer or there are several people on Ebay who say they can do them, for a small fee.
