I'm with Start. I also had the same admin charge even no there are no changes.

Emailed them to cancel, and they took it off.

Start still rated the top recovery company in the recent Which.

Had to call them for a tyre problem 40 minutes..

RAC via MB took four hours to rescue a friend . Maybe too many customers who get cover via their banks.

After checking the terms and conditions, it seems that both start rescue and rescuemycar are both pretty identical cover and bothe 5***** defaqto cover so went for the rescuemycar policy.

Rescue my car has misfuelling cover included. Hope I never need that.

Sounded too good to be true in view of the mediocre Which report for Rescuemycar so I took a look at the Google reviews and there are some very negative feedback from disgruntled customers.

Suggest you take a look especially as you are still under the14 day cancellation rules

There are some good reviews but a lot of very poor ones, cheap for a reason?
