Renault Captur 2019 - Frozen media screen - Steveieb

The screen has frozen yet again which I understand is a common fault. Main dealer could find no fault as it had cleared after two days.

Tried holding the on off button down but that didn’t work. There is a fix I’ve seen holding the home button down five times but will this clear the system ?

Pressing the home button five times successfully re booted the system.

But no mention in the handbook.

Why the dealer couldn’t make you aware ?
