Ford Focus Mk 2 2010 - Suspension arm - Poor Iris

Hi,there are 2 sizes of ball joint cones on the lower front suspension arms (18mm/22mm).Where do you actually measure the cone,is it at the top or at the bottom ?

Correction ! I meant 21mm not 22mm
