Hi folks, seen a car I like but it is sold privately, can anyone recommend a good pre purchase car inspection service?

I’d be inclined to find an independent TT specialist. They will know all the ins and outs and known problem areas this model suffers .

Just seen a lovely 06 Reg MX5 at a garage in Hampshire costing £6995

But on checking the MOT history it seems that you have to toggle the chevron toggle to find the list of advisories .

Looks like rust on the front and rear subframes identified as far back as 2015.

Is this a technique dealers use to hide problems as I’ve not come across it before only covered up number plates ?
