Speed question - Lbh

ibb.co/rkyKsVy Hi,I've looked online however there seems to be no answer.Is this an average speed camera or instant flash camera.Does it flash when speeding,I thought maybe a average speed camera however it's the only camera on the road for about a mile.Its on the Birmingham road A34 near Walsall

You only need to wait a total of 14 days for the NIP. That's assuming your car is registered in your name and to your correct address. If it arrives after that no case to answer.

In tehory, but the vaugaries of the post, especially at the moment, means that the 14-day period has often been disallowed an a 'get out of jail free' card when used at court.
