ibb.co/rkyKsVy Hi,I've looked online however there seems to be no answer.Is this an average speed camera or instant flash camera.Does it flash when speeding,I thought maybe a average speed camera however it's the only camera on the road for about a mile.Its on the Birmingham road A34 near Walsall

In tehory, but the vaugaries of the post, especially at the moment, means that the 14-day period has often been disallowed an a 'get out of jail free' card when used at court.
