Hi guys,

Just saw an ad on Youtube from these no-win no-fee lawyers regarding refunds for owners of Vauxhall diesel vehicles purchased between certain dates because apparently Vauxhall mis-sold the vehicles by claiming better-than-actual diesel emissions etc etc.

Normally, I have no time for these sort of lawyers, but I actually own a vehicle that fits this criteria. So this time, I went to the lawyers website and filled in some details (not giving them my real phone number just yet), and of course, their site says that I am eligible to apply blah blah.

Before I give them all my details and start this process, just wanted to know if anyone has actually made such a claim, and what their experience has been like?
