I picked the car up on 21 March, having bought it online. As soon as I got it on the motorway (only about 15 minutes from the dealer) both the EPC and engine warning lights came on, so I turned around and took it straight back.
It's a nice car otherwise, so I agreed to let them fix it. It's a 2018 model and just within warranty, so it's currently with a SEAT delaership (not where I bought it from). The issue is that it's still there and doesn't seem to be any closer to being fixed. I do have a courtesy car at least, so it's only mildly annoying so far.
Thanks to a previous post on here, I understand that the 30 days I have under the CRA (2015) is frozen while the car is in for repair. www.businesscompanion.info/focus/car-traders/part-...a
Question is, how long should I give them to attempt repair?
