Combo 1.3 diesel 2011 - Rattling start up - Leonek

I had the water pump replaced 3 days ago.

When engine is hot it rattle a bit before turning on, looking like it works ath three.

From cold it happen only once.

The van once on works perfect, just this problem since I changed the water pump.

Any ideas?
