69 reg Dacia Sandero

So had it a while. Only a few times have I driven in slippery conditions so much that the ABS kicks in, but each time the ABS and Electronic Stability Control lights both come on and stay on, the lights wont go off until the car is stopped and ignition switched off for a while.

Previous similar cars these lights would come on while the corresponding systems did their thing but went off immediately afterwards as you continued your journey.

Any thoughts on cause?
