Xtrail Columbia 2.2 diesel 06 plate. - 06 plate Nissan X trai windows stuck - Andrew Penniall

Hi the front nearside window is stuck down and the rear nearside window wants to work, but only moves a fraction of an inch up and down. This window is up. Can anyone help.
