Please note Ford Sync3 sat nav have problems, many people have issues with sat nav , ours has just been into dealer still faulty 4 day's later , comment from dealer is we will do update but won't be fixed until Ford fixes it. We paid 15k for a ford with known sat nav issues when the main thing we wanted was as big sat nav near the screen. Shame on you Ford We will never but Ford again. I will ring dealer again tomorrow but I know response now - bring it in we will look at it but do nothing
