On one of the wheel size websites, the wheels come up as the same offset, PCD and spigot bore, so should be no problem with the wheel, though i would check if the alloy wheelnuts are suitable for the steel wheel, sometimes you need another set, you may need to physically offer it up and bolt it on...it's not just depth of the nuts or bolts also need to check the seat, some are straight taper some are slightly rounded.
The bigger tyre is some 4" longer in circumference, that would be too large a difference for me, if it was fitted on an undriven axle i suppose it would suffice to get you home, but it would possibly trigger some warning lights after a few yards, no way would i fit it to a driven axle, unsure of just how legal it would be.
I'd sell the current tyre and get one of the correct size fitted.
