I'm unsure how this clutch operates, but before i spent any money i'd go around with an oil can or aerosol grease and apply a little at every pivot or moving point in the system, starting at the pedal, if its a cable clutch try and feed some oil down the cable itself.
I shouldn't need to say but someone will pipe up otherwise :-), avoid getting any lubricant on the clutch itself.
I know such things seems obvious, but you try getting out of some of our lorries, the drivers of which nor the mechanics who service them appear to realise that rusting door hinges don't make for easy opening doors, and a drop of oil now and again makes a difference, whoda thought it.
