Recently purchased this as my first car and when I use the fob I can unlock the car but have to lock it manually.

Any help please

Does your car have a button on the dash to lock/unlock car when you are sitting inside? If there is, does it work?

Hello, Yes it does have the button inside next to the hazards and I tested it last night worked perfectly.

Then more likely to be a fob problem. Try getting the battery changed as an easy option.

We did try another battery but unsure if it was any good, so will buy some new ones just to rule that out.

I tried another battery but I've still got the same issue. A family member picked up the car for me while I was at work and they previously locked it via the fob. Any other suggestions please?
