So not really disgusting in the case of the AA, just someone feeling they are entitled so a service they haven't paid for.

I agree that coporate customer service is now terrible, aside from a few firms, but the 'entitlement culture' that pervades society makes things far worse.

...and yet all most of us do is moan about it and do very little, mainly because it means we'll be having to do quite a bit of work lobbying MPs/ministers/getting the media involved and for long periods, because the vast majority of the rest of us can't be bothered unless that issue affects us.
