flat spots developing after being parked for short - fendertele

I thought it was due to the brand of tyre as sometime brands/makes can do this supposedly.

But it doesn't matter what tyre I have on the car it happens!

I've been trying to figure out why this happens and what I noticed is whenever my car is parked on an uneven road even if the crown is minimal my car leans/ all the weight transfers into the slope... it's more visible than other cars parked around it.

however when I measure the ride height on a flat surface everything is good....

the reason this bothers me so much is because when I go to drive off for a short while my car will then pull in the direction of whatever side was parked towards the road crown.

it isn't tyre pressure all tyres are set to recommended pressure.

any thoughts ?

My first thoughts would be to inspect for worn shock absorbers or springs
