More a porridge man meself, but not that instant muck or the ground down to almost powder stuff, we get large bags of Scottish whole rolled oats, yum.

Just finished a large bowl made with love by my fair maiden, always sorts the system out for me.

All the advice you need is in the owner's manual which should have come with the car.. Read it very carefully. It will advise you how to look after your car in the optimum way. If you haven't got one, get one. For instance, if your car is a Ford Focus, search for 'ford focus owners manual'.....
