Yes.If there is enough room on the battery tray for a larger battery.I fitted a larger battery in my Dacia Logan.The standard battery was a 027 with 60amp output I fitted a 096 with 72amp output.Starts a lot better in cold weather.Been in the car over 2 years no problems.
Indeed, when replacement time comes i always get the biggest capacity battery that will fit in the holder, its usually a similar upgrade to the one EddieB mentions with a corresponding useful increase in available CCA.
