It seems as though the blower motor comes out the drivers side?? However there's two pipes in the way so I can see it but can't access it.

The problem started with the car taking a long time to heat up and an eternity unless it was on setting 4. Changed the pollen filter some months back and it all worked fine (for a couple of days). Then nothing, absolutely no heat coming out whatsoever on any setting. A/C has also packed up.

Changed the heater resistor (on advice) and this hasn't helped at all. Weathers getting very cold and I'm trying to avoid taking to a dealer.
