VW Polo 2015 6C - VW Polo 2015 6C facelift - front bumper repair - Lorna Green

Hi,

Unfortunately, I had a low impact front collision in my VW Polo 2015 yesterday.

Does anyone have experience with bumper repair / replacements?

From the photos below, do you think I'll need a new bumper or could it be repaired?

How much do local independent garages tend to charge for this work?

Waste of time asking on here. Repair rates in the south-east of england can be a lot higher than, for example, Yorkshire. In addition, it might have broken clips or fasteners on the back, and only with an actual physical inspection will someone be able to tell you.

So :

Find local independent repair shop.

Walk in door.

Ask question.

Get answer.

The problem with modern cars and plastic bumpers,is that even after a minor shunt the bumper can spring back to almost its original shape.However,as suggested above,there may be more hidden damage behind.Get it checked properly.
