Vauxhall ASTRA 1.4 Petrol - Identify this leaky part?? - Andrew Gray

hi guys, recently noticed a pool underneath my car, it appears to be coming from a sensor, dripping onto a pipe, running along the pipe and pooling under the bottom arm of my wheel then dripping when parked on an angle etc. or dripping through the night. was just wondering if anyone could help identify what part this was.

If we are looking at the part with one wire connector attached,this will be the oil pressure switch.

What liquid is the pool? engine oil, coolant , clear water etc..

Don't forget most cars drop a pool at this time of year when warm and humid - from the aircon/climate control drain

Thanks guys, the pool was oil, seems like the seal on that pressure switch has gone, as it is quite moist around there. Got one ordered thanks to you guys. Cheers.
