My 08 plate vectra c has started juddering at 20mph in all gears
Is it a
clutch problem
Gearbox mount
Throttle body
Please can anybody help.

Could be Dual Mass Flywheel - DMF

My bearing in the gear box is grinding you can hear
it but goes off when I press my clutch in.
But only started juddering the car today.

Sounds like DMF and/or clutch thrust bearing.
