205 gti peugeot - 205gti won't start - simon walsh

hi all

205gti wont start i have fuel and spark

checked afm flap ok

new cold start sensor new bosch amp new leads dizzy rotror arm

timimg good can hear fuel pump

going bald very quickly scratching my head

any one else had the same trouble

Does it have fuel actually entering the engine? You can check this by spraying some Easy Start into the air intake, if it fires up momentaraly you probably have no fuel reaching the engine, if it doesn't you have problems, does it use a cam belt? I cant remember.

Certainly does have a cam belt.I would check valve and ignition timing.The belt may have jumped.If the dizzy is turning,then the belt is not broken,but it may have lost some teeth and put the timing out.

yes it has fuel pulled injectors off and they spray as it is turning over

checked timing it is ok

hi no still looking

have fuel pressure new afm

checked all wire to and from ecu all good

s i think its over fueling some how

but even stranger took all injector wires off turn it over to get rid of all fuel

took one plug out started and ran

on 3 cylinders

put the other plug in not luck
