Landrover Discovery TD5 ES - Suspension conversion air to shock - strickjumpers

My wifes Discovery has had a pair of shocks fitted to the back end and an advisory for the MOT is to update the front also. I intend to fit a complete set of 4 and wonder if anyone can tell me the best ones to use? 2inch lift available would also be nice, what do Ineed to do to the ECU to update from air to gas shock? thanks, Mike.
