Renault scenic - Renault audio system pass code - francism

Hi all, I desperately need your help to resolve this issue. I recently changed the battery in my car and after powering up the car I could not operate the car audio system as it kept asking for the pass code which apparently i didn't have. All efforts to get it up and running has proved futile since then. The only option open to me was to visit an authorised dealer who is several miles away. I was on the verge of changing the entire system when a pal told me about this forum that you guys might be able to help me out. Driving has been a boring experience lately but hopefully with your help I can get my groove back. I will be looking forward to your valuable help.

The audio system security number is 8200633636TW337.

Sorry we can only do Ford radio codes on this forum. These are the posts your friend has obviously seen and told you about.

I don't have any knowledge of Renault radio codes, I'm afraid. However, I've just had a quick look at a couple of sources and found the following:

I've found this video on YouTube but have absolutely no idea whether the person who produced it will actually provide codes or not:

Also, there appear to be a number of sellers on Ebay who are willing to provide Renault radio codes for £0.99! It's not very much to speculate even if it turns out to be wrong.

Failing that, Renault Main Dealer. They might even give you a code over the phone, but I somehow doubt it.

How do you do a Renault Radio Code, please, elekie?

Is there another Code Generator, I'm sure the PumaPeople one won't work for Renault!

Could you let me know, please, for future reference?

Good to see you have your music back.Renault and various other makes/models radio decode software is available off the 'bay for not much money,provided the decode can be done by the serial/security number.However,there are many radios out there where the set needs to be dismantled to read the info off the microprocessor.
