When I start my engine from cold the noise emitted from the engine sounds like a noisy fan sometimes accompanied by a muffled tappet sound. This only lasts for upto 20 seconds then dissapears. Sometimes it also sounds like a damaged belt. This sound only occurs perhaps every 80% of start ups. The car is only 5 months old with a mileage of 3000. Any idears ?
